On May 1st, Beethoven.com's payment processor account accessed by unathorized persons who attempted to authorize a number of stolen credit cards. If you have found a charge on your credit card between May 1st and May 4th from "BEETHOVEN.COM" and you are NOT a Beethoven Member's Club Member or have made a purchase at the Beethoven store, please contact your credit card issuer as soon as possible and report your card as stolen. These transactions were authorizations and we have voided them in the payment system.
